A man has been charged in Magistrates’ Court with three sexual offences against a girl.

The man, 29, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, denied the charges, all of which allegedly occurred between October 2008 and July 2011, when he appeared in court yesterday. He chose to keep his case in Magistrates’ Court.

Magistrate Craig Attridge adjourned the case to December 4, released the man on $5,000 bail until that time and ordered him not to contact the alleged victim.
