A teenager has been charged with causing a man grievous bodily harm by riding a bike without due care and attention in Southampton.
Jashuntae Moore, 18, was not required to enter a plea in Magistrates’ Court on Monday because the case must be heard in the Supreme Court.
The collision, in which Jokai Fox was injured, occurred on October 13, 2022.
Magistrate Craig Attridge sent the case to the July Supreme Court arraignment session and released Ms Moore, from Sandys, on $10,000 bail until that time.
