Jurors in a double murder trial were not in court yesterday as legal counsels discussed the case.
Acting Puisne Judge Mark Pettingill released the jury in the trial of Syhon Akinstall and ordered the members to return this afternoon.
Mr Akinstall has denied the murders of Ayinde Eve and Micah Davis, as well as the attempted murders of Troy Eve Burgess and Derrick Golding, a police sergeant.
The incident was alleged to have happened on October 26, 2021 at the Robin Hood Pub and Restaurant in Pembroke.
