A man accused of having a firearm was remanded into custody today.
John Glasgow, 42, was charged in Magistrates’ Court with having a Ruger P95 firearm without a licence.
Mr Glasgow allegedly had the weapon in Warwick on September 20.
As the case must be heard in the Supreme Court, Mr Glasgow, from Warwick, was not required to enter a plea today.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case to the November arraignment session and remanded Mr Glasgow in custody until that time.
