A woman has been charged with wilfully mistreating ten children.

Marian Madeiros, 56, denied the offences when she appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Ms Madeiros, from Warwick, allegedly mistreated the children while they were in her care and control between April and July 2024.

Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case to March 24, released Ms Madeiros on $10,000 bail and ordered her not to contact any Crown witnesses.
