Police were called to a fire at the junction of Court Street and Angle Street in Pembroke 1.30 am on Thursday.According to a police spokesman: “On arrival at the scene the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service had extinguished the fire. It appears that a garbage bin was ablaze and as a result the receptacle was extensively damaged. A nearby car was also damaged by the fire.”A 59 year old was arrested in connection with the incident and inquiries are ongoing.
