Two Sandys residences were broken into on the same day, in both cases while they were unoccupied.Cash was taken from a Beacon Hill Road home between 6.20am and 1.35pm Monday.A Cedarcraft Lane residence also reported a break-in at 10.10am. An intruder had gained entry earlier that morning, but nothing was taken.Both incidents are under investigation by police.
