A man was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving after his car hit a wall in Paget early on Saturday.Police were called to the scene at the junction of South Road and Point Finger Road around 12.30am.A spokesman said: “ It appears that a car was travelling along Point Finger Road when it collided with a wall at the junction.“The driver, a 28-year-old Hamilton Parish man, was not injured; however the vehicle received extensive front end damage.“The driver was subsequently arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. A court appearance is anticipated in due course.”Meanwhile, police also arrested 19 other people over the course of the weekend for outstanding warrants.
