Armed police and officers with riot shields raided a North Street, Hamilton apartment building, arresting one man.At 3.45pm yesterday, members of the Serious Crime Unit attended, along with forensics officers, drawing onlookers and snarling traffic along the thoroughfare south of the Transport Control Department (TCD).A police spokesman said officers were executing a search warrant at the residence, in relation to an ongoing investigation.The incident comes less than 24 hours of gunshots reported in the area of St Monica’s Road, Pembroke.
