Stabbing victim moved to general ward

A man rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the chest in Sandys on Tuesday night remains in a stable condition on a general ward, police say.
The 40-year-old man was stabbed during a domestic dispute at a Beacon Hill Lane home.
He was transported to hospital shortly before 10pm with what were previously described by police as life-threatening injuries.
A 30-year-old man turned himself in at Somerset Police Station on Tuesday night in connection with the incident. He remains in custody.
This evening, police said the investigation is ongoing.
