A man was in custody last night after he allegedly caused a disturbance on a flight from England, which had to be diverted to Bermuda.

A police spokesman explained: “It appears that a TUI Airways flight en route from Manchester, UK, diverted to LF Wade International Airport due to an alleged unruly passenger.

“The male passenger in question was arrested on arrival and is currently in police custody.”
