A 40-year-old foreign national is expected to appear in Magistrates’ Court this morning in connection with an immigration matter.

The man was arrested at about 5.30pm yesterday when he was seen in the Parson’s Road, Pembroke area.

Police said he was handed over to the Department of Corrections and transported to Westgate Correctional Facility.
