Man in hospital after assault with knife

A man is being treated in hospital and another is in police custody this evening after an assault with a bladed weapon in the area of Cedar Park, Devonshire.
A police spokeswoman said officers responded to reports of two men in an altercation at about 8.20pm.
The injured man was subsequently taken by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
The spokeswoman said the extent of his injuries was currently unknown.
Another man was said to be detained to assist police with enquires.
