Electronics shop targeted by burglars for third time
Burglars tried to break into an electronics shop yesterday ― the third time in a few months that it has been targeted.
Alex Jones, co-owner and manager of CPR Cell Phone Repair on Reid Street, said someone tried to smash a door window.
He said it appeared that a person had been injured “quite badly”, losing “a lot of blood”, but the bid to get inside the premises failed.
Several electronics were stolen from the business in July and suspects tried to break into it last month.
Mr Jones said the incident was captured on video footage and added: “Someone definitely knows something at this point.”
Anyone with information on this incident can contact Detective Constable Jason Savoury at 515-2468 or jsavoury@bps.bm, or call the main police number at 295-0011.
