Shots fired on Tribe Road No 5 in Paget

Police have confirmed a firearms incident that took place early yesterday, but no injuries have been reported.

A police spokesman said that detectives were investigating the incident that took place shortly before 1am outside a home on Tribe Road No 5.

“Bermuda Police Service patrol officers responded and secured the scene,” the spokesman said. “Forensic evidence collected at that location confirmed that a firearm had been discharged.

“However, there were no reported injuries.

“Limited information indicates that two potential suspects were travelling together on a motorcycle in the area at the time the gunshots were heard.”
