Police confirm reported stolen car found in City of Hamilton

Police said last night that a car reported to be stolen from outside a Paget home was found yesterday afternoon.

The Bermuda Police Service appealed earlier for help to trace the silver Hyundai Accent with the licence plate number 39293.

In a statement last night, the BPS confirmed that the vehicle was found in the City of Hamilton at about 4.35pm yesterday “and returned to its rightful owner”.

Members of the public were thanked for their assistance.
