Education Dept. seeks feedback

The Department of Education wants feedback from parents on ways to improve the efficiency of the Island’s schools.Today a Customer Service Survey will be launched.Minister Jennifer Smith said: “Goals six and seven of the Blueprint for Reform in Education state that we intend to improve the efficiency of delivery; and improve the culture and climate of the Department of Education and Schools.”The survey will provide a benchmark for the Department’s service provision.The survey will be open to the public until April 29. It can be found on the Ministry’s website www.moed.bm.
