Students at Warwick Academy got a virtual round-the-world tour this week in celebration of their International Day.
Lower primary pupils took special “passports” to seven continents, wearing clothes from the regions. The youngsters did an activity related to a country in each area, covering Japan, Canada, South Africa, Australia, France and Costa Rica.
In the case of Antarctica, they conducted science experiments to do with ice and ice cap melting.
Upper primary students learned about China, Mexico and Guatemala and travelled to stations run by parents representing different countries.
