TN Tatem Middle School is closed today but the Bermuda Government hopes students will be back to school tomorrow.

The Ministry of Education said it had created a plan for a temporary relocation of students and staff while it carries out cleaning and abatement of any mould issues.

“We will today be discussing critical aspects of the plan with the school principal, key stakeholders as well as executive members of the PTA of TN Tatem Middle School,” the ministry said in a statement.

“Following this, we will share the plan with the larger public. The ministry has made the decision to keep the school closed today. It is the ministry’s intention is to have students back to school by tomorrow. We will provide update later today.”
