Devonshire scholarships on offer

Students in higher education can apply for a $5,000 scholarship to help with their costs.
Devonshire Parish Council said its autumn scholarships were available to undergraduate and postgraduate students who had lived in the parish for at least five years.
Students must be Bermudian and accepted or already studying at an approved college or university, such as Bermuda College.
Preference will be given to applicants with strong academic credentials and people who can show financial need.
Applications must be submitted by May 31.
Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
