Public school registration opens

Parents and guardians can now register their children for public school for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Registration is also open for children involved in the Bright Start programme, aimed at children aged 3. All Bright Start applicants must be toilet trained and have had prior screening by the Child Development Programme, or be currently scheduled for a screening.

A copy of the child’s birth certificate, proof of one parent’s residential address, documentation of any special needs the child may have, such as dyslexia or autism spectrum disorder, and a completed online application form are all required to complete registration.

Proof of guardianship is also required for non parents who may wish to register children.

Registration will be open until Wednesday November 30 and all applications received after that date will be marked as late and will be processed after all other applications.
