Warwick Academy graduates take final walk through school
Warwick Academy’s latest class of graduates took their final walk through the school on Friday as part of the school’s Valedictory Ceremony.
The ceremony marks the last day of formal education for the senior class as they transition from student to alumni.
A spokeswoman said: “The thinking behind the ceremony is an opportunity for the school as a whole to formally and informally say farewell to the Class of 2023, thank the students for their valuable contribution they have given over the years to the school and welcome them to be an alumni of Warwick Academy.
“During the ceremony, the students laughed over old photos and stories of their time at school — a wonderful time to reflect at all the memories made over the years.
“They then walked out of the hall, through the school to the old quad applauded by the whole secondary school and paused to reflect on their days spent here.”
