Mishale Corday wins Brown family scholarship

A scholarship from the family of Ewart Brown, the former premier, has declared its 2023 awardee.
Mishale Corday, a graduate of the Bermuda Institute, was awarded the $5,000 scholarship, which is presented on the family’s behalf.
The Bermudian student has been accepted at Howard University in Washington and plans to study healthcare.
Dr Brown, who is a graduate of Howard University, called Ms Corday “an outstanding, all-around student whose goal is to become a medical doctor”.
He added: “I have had the opportunity to meet Mishale, and I am confident that she will accomplish her goals at Howard.”
