A free education fair next month will spotlight five universities in Canada.

Study in Atlantic Canada, open to all prospective university students and their families, will take place at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute on February 5.

Highlighting the tradition of Bermudian students attending Canadian schools, Lindsay Benoit, international recruitment specialist at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, said: “Studying in Canada is a transformative journey that opens doors to a global perspective and a wealth of experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.”

“We look forward to meeting and assisting students, no matter where they are on their journey.”

A statement added: “Attendees can expect to learn not only about academic programmes but also gain valuable insights into scholarships, working while studying, student life and the many experiential learning opportunities that await.”

Representatives from Acadia, Mount Allison, Dalhousie and St Francis Xavier universities will also be at the event, which will run from 5pm to 7pm.
