A small, fast paced take out restaurant with a Trinidadian flare, is seeking a Temporary Part Time Chef who is able to prepare Trinidadian cuisine, especially roti. Must be clean, have excellent food service skills and be able to work independently and as a team in a busy environment. Need to have at least 2 years in a similar position. Will be on an on call/as needed basis.
