Ticket registration for Bermuda Day show opens
Registration has opened for essential workers to get tickets for the Government’s Bermuda Day Showcase.
A spokeswoman for the Department of Culture said: “This is a Covid-safe event.
“Guests must wear a mask, must have SafeKey and must show a no exposures status on the WeHealth App on their phone.”
She added: “This event will feature the sights, sounds and excitement of the annual Bermuda Day Holiday.”
The event is scheduled to be held at the main stadium of the Bermuda National Sports Centre in Devonshire on Friday from 2pm to 4pm.
Tickets are free to essential workers and a guest, but are limited.
Essential workers can register for tickets at www.ptix.bm
They must have proof that they are an essential worker, proof of immunisation against Covid-19 for themselves and their guest with the second shot received no later than May 13, or a negative Covid-19 test result for each of them taken on May 25 or May 26.
Seat numbers will be e-mailed to successful applicants.
Audience members must wear a mask throughout the show.
The Ministry of National Security has given permission for up to 1,000 spectators and 295 staff members or performers.
