Sandys café to rock to live music

A Sandys gallery and coffee shop is set to host a live music event this Sunday.

BUNA Gallery and Coffee House, on Main Road, has announced the line-up for its BUNA Soulful Sundays event, which will feature “a selection of some of Bermuda’s most talented musicians who will tap into your inner soulchild and get you on your feet,” according to event promotion.

The line-up includes first-timer BRIXX, and returning performers including Arijahknow Live Wires and the King’s band. Artists also include vocalist, guitarist, and “all-round creative spirit” Hannah Eggen and Korie Minors of House of Afro.

According to the gallery, the event is an opportunity for visitors and Bermudians alike who want to enjoy live entertainment and experience Bermuda’s musical culture.

Advanced tickets are $45 and can be purchased online at www.hook.bm or by e-mailing info@bunagalleryandcoffee.com. Tickets at the door cost $50.

The event, partly sponsored by the Bermuda Tourism Authority and Hook Bermuda, takes place on Sunday. Doors open at 6pm for a 7pm start.
