Reality TV stars to have ‘explosive’ showdown in Bermuda
It is being dubbed the “feud in Bermuda” by New York tabloids as one of America’s most popular reality TV brands films on the island.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City has been shooting scenes in Bermuda which the New York Post reports will see cast members Whitney Rose and Lisa Barlow “explosively” clash.
The newspaper’s famous gossip column, Page Six, began a piece on the situation by stating: “Bermuda just got a lot chillier”.
The newspaper added: “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is gearing up for a feud between Whitney Rose and Lisa Barlow to reach its breaking point during the cast’s ongoing trip.”
Quoting an unnamed source, the newspaper said: “Producers have been preparing for an explosive situation in Bermuda.”
The Bermuda scenes mark the show’s first filming outside the US.
The newspaper stated: “The insider dishes that producers gathered at The Loren at Pink Beach resort, where they discussed potential scenarios between Rose and Barlow ahead of the co-stars arrival.
“The women recently got into it with each other, and their conflict is expected to bleed into the Bermuda trip.
“The insider adds that the ladies ‘discord is layered’, but Barlow, 48, feels that Rose, 36, ‘hasn’t been completely honest’ with her this season.”
The popular “Real Housewives” franchise of structured reality TV follows the lives of wealthy women in ten American locations such as Beverly Hills, Salt Lake City and Atlanta.
