Comedy Cup Match to benefit two charities

The Bermuda Improv Group will deliver laughs for charity at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute next week.

The “Stunnerset” and “St Gorgeous” teams will compete for laughs during the fourth Comedy Cup Match on July 4 and 5.

Julia Pitt and Toby Butterfield will lead each of the five-person teams and Brendon Fourie will host, umpire and “score” the event, which will include audience suggestions.

All performers are donating their time and proceeds raised will benefit BUEI and Family Centre.

People are encouraged to wear their Cup Match team colours, bring their flags and cheer for their side during the fundraiser.

The hour-long shows will take place in the Tradewinds auditorium at 8pm.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased through bdatix.bm. Additional donations will be accepted.
