Tribunal will hear views on City Plan
A tribunal will hear objections and representations to the Draft City of Hamilton Plan on Wednesday next week.
Jonathan Castro, Richard James and Alasdair Younie have been appointed to the tribunal which will start at 9.30am at the Economic Development Board Room in the Government Administration Building.
It comes after seven objections and representations were received during a public consultation period from June to September last year.
The tribunal will make recommendations to Minister of Home Affairs Michael Fahy, who will present the final City of Hamilton Plan 2015 to the Legislature for approval.
A register of the objections and representations is available to view at the Department of Planning, in the Dame Lois Browne-Evans Building, 58 Court Street, and at www.planning.gov.bm.
