Bermuda have been drawn to play against Canada, Trinidad & Tobago and Dominica in the Concacaf Under-20 Women’s Qualifiers.

Aaron Denkins’s side will be in round-robin action from February 20 to 26 at a venue yet to be announced as they hope to be one of the six teams to progress to the championship, where they will be joined by the United States and Mexico, the two top-ranked Concacaf member associations in this age group.

The championship stage will feature the eight teams being split into two groups of four each. After round-robin play, the group winners and runners-up will advance to the semi-finals and qualify for the 2026 Fifa Under-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland.

Katherine Bean-Rosario, who just finished the season as the top goalscorer for the Monroe University Mustangs with 15 goals, is sure to be one first players on the list when Denkins names the final squad.

Bean-Rosario should feature alongside Florida-based goalkeeper Taya Rodrigues, the English-based Robin-Valana Pearman and Camryn Lines, as well as Christia Lugo-Elibox, of Dandy Stars.
