Island law firms are celebrating recognition in Legal 500, a leading legal directory providing in-depth analysis and research commentary on legal services worldwide.

Conyers was recommended as a top-tier firm in Bermuda offshore expertise in the rankings.

A statement said: “Thirty-two Conyers lawyers, more than any other Bermuda law firm, are mentioned by name in the Legal 500 commentary for their standout contribution to their respective practices.

“Seventeen Conyers lawyers have been individually ranked — again more than any other Bermuda law firm — with eight partners recognised in the elite Leading Partners group, eight partners recognised as Next Generation Partners and one lawyer recognised as a Leading Associate.”

Carey Olsen Bermuda said it had achieved its strongest rankings to date in The Legal 500 Caribbean 2025 Guide, securing five Tier 1 practice rankings.

The team has also attained four new Leading Partner rankings, bringing its total number of individual rankings up to 14.

Appleby said it continued to be the only firm in Bermuda ranked Tier 1 across all of the six practice categories in Legal 500’s 2025 Caribbean Guide.

The firm said Legal 500 had recognised 28 lawyers across the six categories, with 19 lawyers specifically ranked in the Leading Partners, Next Generation Partners or Leading Associates categories.
