Bermuda’s public libraries today warned that they had suffered problems receiving calls from some customers.

A spokeswoman for the Department of Libraries and Archives said the adult and youth libraries had experienced problems with calls from One Communications telephone numbers.

She added: “The situation is presently being rectified however in the interim, the libraries are still operational and can be reached via e-mail.”

The spokeswoman told the public: “The Department apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks you for your patience.”

If phone users have problems connecting, contact the adult library by e-mail to library@gov.bm and for the youth library, e-mail youthlib@gov.bm.
