A Front Street building that housed a bar and nightclub has been put up for rent.

Gibbons & Outerbridge, the real estate firm that owns and manages 93 Front Street, where the Dog House bar and the Café Cairo nightclub once operated, said the businesses had permanently closed.

Both have been shuttered for some time.

The firm said an eviction notice had been served on Frank Arnold, the owner of the two businesses, who had agreed to vacate by the end of last month.
