The Government is looking to lease out a building near the entrance of the former TN Tatem Middle School.

According to a recently published procurement notice, the Government is looking to lease Windfall Cottage on Middle Road in Warwick.

The notice said that unconditional offers were being invited for the leasing of the cottage, which sits on a 0.27-acre site, with a ten-year lease proposed.

All proposals for the site should include the intended purpose of the building, details of any alterations, projected time for the start and completion of any alterations and the proposed rent per annum or rental concession.

Site visits are available at set times until August 17, with the submission deadline set for 3pm on September 7.
