Philanthropic organisation appoints new board members

The Centennial Bermuda Foundation has appointed three new board members.
The private philanthropic organisation funds a wide range of non-profit initiatives and scholarships across the island.
The new directors and board members include Lisa DeSilva, who works as the education reform unit leader with the Ministry of Education and who is the chairwoman of Centennial’s public education committee.
Also taking on a board role is Paul Regier, the group investment and treasury manager of Lancashire Insurance Company, who has joined Centennial’s investment committee.
Dantae Williams, a litigation attorney and director at Marshall Diel & Myers, has been appointed to the organisation’s nominations and governance committee.
