The Ageing and Disability Services office will be closed for walk-in visits on June 9 from 11am, it has been announced.
The ADS said that it is closing for part of the day because an elder abuse awareness seniors tea is taking place.
A spokesman said: “The ADS main telephone line, 292-7802, will be operational.
“Please leave a message if required and you will be contacted as soon as possible. In case of an emergency, please call 911.
“ADS will reopen to the public at 8.45 AM on Monday, June 12.
“We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused during this time.“
