Multimillion-dollar penthouses on Church Street

An apartment complex being built next to the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity will offer penthouse suites for more than $4 million.

Rego Sotheby’s International Realty has listed four penthouse apartments for the property on 33 Church Street in Hamilton.

The condos themselves have not yet been completed, and there is no indication of when they may be completed.

Each suite features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, as well as one half bathroom.

Each unit comes with two kitchens, a formal dining room with a wine chiller and a private meeting room that can hold as many as 20 people.

They also feature open-plan living rooms, powder rooms and a “breakfast area” connected to the main kitchen.

The building will come with underground parking and basement storage, as well as a gym, salon and spa.

Space has also been left to add an elevator if requested.

The most expensive apartment, a townhouse-style penthouse referred to as “S.E. Penthouse 603”, offers 4,395 square feet of space.

Each square foot costing $1,069, it is currently listed for $4.7 million.

The interior offers 3,270 square feet of space, and it shares a rooftop garden with an adjacent apartment.

The condo also offers several balconies that total 1,125 square feet of space.

The second-most expensive apartment, “N.E. Penthouse 601”, is styled as a duplex, and comes with a rooftop garden, 3535 square feet of interior space and 457 square feet of balconies.

Each square foot costs $1,090, bringing the total to $4.35 million.

“S.W. Penthouse 604” offers 2,890 square feet of interior space and 1,020 square feet of balcony space.

Each square foot costs $1,081, and the condo has a selling price of $4,255,000.

“N.W. Penthouse 602” has 3,055 square feet of interior space and 697 square feet of balcony space.

The duplex-style condo goes for $4,125,000, with each square foot costing $1,099.
