The Transformational Living Centre has been given a $10,000 boost by a donation from Roche Services Holdings Bermuda.

The charity thanked the company and said that the donation would support TLC’s mission of helping women and children go from surviving to thriving.

“The continued and generous support of organisations such as Roche is an excellent demonstration of the corporate social responsibility that contributes to a healthy community,” it added.

“Accommodating families at the TLC expands beyond the need to provide comfortable beds and nutritious food. We intentionally incorporate personalised empowerment programmes, dedicated case management, regular counselling and more.

“Moving forward for our families includes reconnecting them with housing, employment and the life skills they must master to be independent and to thrive.

“Our ultimate goal is to prepare our families for a stable and fulfilling life after the TLC.”
