Bands will perform holiday carols throughout the island leading up to Christmas.

The Government posted on X that on December 9, the Royal Bermuda Regiment and Salvation Army bands entertained people for free at Death Valley playground in Southampton and in front of the Rubber Tree in Warwick.

The post added that the groups will move to central and eastern parts of the island, where they will also perform for free, on December 16 and 23.

The bands will start at Parson’s Road playground at 3pm on Saturday, move to Shelly Bay Park by 4pm and finish in King’s Square in St George at 5pm.

The final performance will take place on December 23 on the Cabinet Grounds in Hamilton at 5pm.

The Department of Culture is sponsoring the events on all three days.
