Employment restrictions extended for three months

The employer must also submit evidence that any candidates screened and recommended by the Department of Workforce Development have been appropriately considered.
The department is expected to respond to inquiries by employers within ten working days. If the department does not respond, the employer may submit the application with written evidence that they made inquiries.
