Garbage will not be collected in the City of Hamilton on Good Friday or Easter Sunday, businesses and residents were advised today.

Trash will be collected on Saturday from bars and restaurants only, the Corporation of Hamilton said.

Normal garbage collection will resume on Monday.

To avoid theft or any damage during bad weather, the corporation advised businesses and residents to store wheelie bins in secure locations.
