A renewed appeal was made today by the Bermuda Police Service for the owner of a “significant amount of money” to come forward, after the cash was found last month.

The money was discovered on March 10 in the area of Church Bay Park, Southampton.

The BPS said inquiries continue.

Anyone who can lay claim to the money was asked to call Detective Chief Inspector Jason Smith, of the Specialist Investigations Department, on 717-0864 or e-mail jsmith2@bps.bm.
