Trash collection will be pushed back across the island next week as Bermuda marks the Labour Day holiday.
The Ministry of Public Works said that there will be no household waste collection on Monday because of the holiday.
Waste usually collected on Mondays will instead be collected on Tuesday.
A government spokeswoman said in a statement: “All household waste collection that week will follow the ‘rollover’ pattern and be delayed by one day, culminating in Friday's waste being collected on Saturday.
“Please note that this is not a recycling collection week.
“The Tynes Bay public drop-off will open on the Labour Day holiday from 9am until noon and will resume regular operating hours from 7am until 7pm daily afterwards.”
