Search for missing teenager goes on
Police have appealed for help to locate a teenager who has been missing for a week.
A Bermuda Police Service spokesman said Raquel Sequeira was last seen near Hillview Lane in Warwick at about 11pm on October 4.
The 16-year-old, who has gone missing before, was described as slim-built, 5ft 1in tall, having dark blonde hair and weighing about 120lb. She usually travels by bus or on foot.
The spokesman added: “Someone in the community knows of her whereabouts.
“If you are that person, we are urging that you immediately call the main police number, 295-0011.
“This young lady is a juvenile. We wish to strongly remind the public, harbouring a juvenile is an offence punishable under the law.
“A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.”
