Residents have been invited to a weekend of praise, food and fun that is aimed at bringing the community together.

The International Fellowship of Christian Churches said the line-up of activities will include inspiring speakers, delicious food and engaging fun for all ages at the One Conference.

The free event, from October 25 to 27 at the Whitney Institute in Flatts, begins with a night of praise and worship tomorrow.

On Saturday, attendees can enjoy a day of free food and fellowship as well as games.

Charge to Ignite Evangelism on Sunday will start with a free continental breakfast.

Residents can take part in a worship service featuring pastor Yvonne Ramsay, who will spread empowering messages of hope and love.
