Speaker recognised with prestigious global award
Bermudian resident Jan Fraser has been presented with a top speaking award — becoming one of only 44 people worldwide to gain the recognition.
Ms Fraser, an internationally recognised speaker and trainer, has been awarded the prestigious Global Speaking Fellow designation by the Global Speakers Federation.
She is the 44th person in the world to receive the honour and the only recipient residing in Bermuda.
“I am thrilled and honoured to be recognised as a Global Speaking Fellow,” she said.
“This designation reflects my passion for connecting with diverse audiences and helping individuals and businesses worldwide achieve success.”
The Global Speaking Fellow designation is the highest recognition for professional speakers operating at an international level.
It is awarded to people who have demonstrated a commitment to delivering impactful, high-quality presentations across multiple regions of the world.
Recipients must meet strict criteria, including delivering a minimum of 36 presentations in at least three different regions as defined by the United Nations, ensuring their global expertise and reach.
Her work spans countries such as Bermuda, Grand Cayman, China, Greece, the Philippines and Mexico.
She has helped thousands of learners and hundreds of businesses through her leadership, self-development and success seminars.
Ms Fraser is also active in the local community, serving as an adjunct professor at Bermuda College, former co-captain for Relay for Life and creator of the Dream Club at Pals.
She will be conducting a training session on November 6 on “Discover, Deliver, Delight: Making a Difference in Your Customer Service”.
