City seeks vendors for 2025 events
The City of Hamilton has invited island vendors to apply for opportunities to offer their products and services at events listed in its 2025 schedule of activities.
The events, which will be held from April to December, were designed to foster community connection, celebrate Bermuda’s culture and drive economic activity within Hamilton.
The City said selected vendors will have the chance to offer products and services that enhance the overall experience for attendees without competing with existing businesses in Hamilton.
A vendor permit fee of $50 per event will apply and applications must be submitted by March 21 to www.planningpod.com
The events include Fresh Air Films: Drive-In Edition which will be held on April 12 at the City Hall Car Park, Fresh Air Films: Sunset Cinema on June 21 at Barr’s Bay Park and Summer Sunday: City Fun day on July 13 at Victoria Park.
Vendors were also encouraged to apply for spots at the Rockin’ Around the City Tree event on November 28 at City Hall and the Fresh Air Films: Christmas Edition on December 6 at the flagpole on Front Street.
The City said the “vibrant and immersive” events create engaging experiences for the community while supporting local commerce.
Lorna Hayward, its senior events co-ordinator, said: “The City’s goal is to create events that not only entertain and engage the community but also support and complement the businesses that call Hamilton home.
“We are looking for vendors whose offerings enhance the event experience, creating a well-rounded and exciting atmosphere for attendees.
“We encourage vendors to apply early to secure their place and be part of these vibrant celebrations.”
For the Taste of Bermuda food festival, from October 10 to 12, the City will contact vendors later with details on participation and specific opportunities.
