Ross Caesar claims top-three finish at Masters Olympia

Impressive display: Ross Caesar claimed a third-place finish competing in the men’s classic physique

Ross Caesar claimed a third-place finish in the men’s classic physique at the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Pro League Masters Olympia in Cluj, Romania.

Caesar, who earned his IFBB professional card after winning the classic physique at Joe Weider’s Olympic Amateur South America in Colombia in 2019, found himself up against an elite field at the event, which made a return to the bodybuilding calendar after an 11-year absence.

Despite facing the daunting task, Caesar managed to catch the eye, earning a place in the top three behind Alejandro Cambronero, of the United States, and Britain’s Kelvin Hinde.

The Masters Olympia included ten divisions; the men’s open, men’s 212 bodybuilding, classic physique, men’s physique, women’s bodybuilding, women’s physique, bikini, fitness, wellness and figure. The champions from each division secured a position in the Mr Olympia competition in Orlando, Florida, in November.
