Gymnasts head to Baltimore
A team of ten senior Bermuda gymnasts head to Baltimore next week for the Christmas of the Cheseapeake competition.Morgan Beckles, Tabytha Hofheins, Gabby Vincent, Sydney Mason, Clara James, Sadia Wilson, Danielle Wall, Samantha Soares, Zantae Dill and Anna Francoeur will represent the Island at the three-day event, which starts next Friday.Next weekend will also see the Bermuda boys gymnastics team compete in only their second meet at the Boys Yellow Jackets Invitational in Boston, Massachusetts.Taj Lowery, Max Blakeney, Niyan Outerbridge, Jaden Malpas and Ty Dunlop make up the travelling party.Earlier this month a team of 13 young female gymnasts competed at the Yellow Jackets Invitational in Boston.The team comprised of Sanna Burgess, Brianna Ray, Jezhari Talbot, Emily Gentile, Chantae Wilson, Logan Watson-Brown, Holly Wakely, Gianna Webbe, Trinity Wilson, Anah Lightbourne, Mya Malpas, Kanzi Emery and Diamond Dill.Bermuda Gymnastics Association will be hosting four international teams at the St David’s National Training Centre from January 11-12.
